Bronze
Trailblazer has 4 medals for organisations who are committed to taking long term action on race inequality. Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. An organisation starts at Bronze then has the opportunity to progress to Silver, Gold and Platinum. Bronze status can be achieved through the implementation of a REM solution/s and/or other impactful action organisations have taken to tackle race inequality.
Solution Trailblazer
Solution Trailblazer status is for organisations that have successfully run a Race Equality Matters solution, they can apply to be a Solution Trailblazer based on the solution (or solutions) they have run e.g. Safe Space.
Solution Trailblazer recognition, once awarded, is lifelong.

#Mynameis
Race Equality Matters #MyNameIs, is a simple but highly impactful solution to ensure everyone pronounces people’s names correctly. The Solution calls to normalise phonetic spelling in email signatures, meetings, name badges and more across whole organisations.

Safe Space
Safe Space will provide a protected environment to enable brave conversations, which may otherwise be avoided as too uncomfortable, in order to generate action-focussed, meaningful and tailored outcomes, driven by the people they matter to.

Tea Break
The Tea Break provides the framework and opportunity for an organisation to hear the honest voice and feelings of its colleagues about race inequality. All employees are invited to a one-hour themed, online discussion about an issue that matters.

The Big Promise
The Big Promise is a commitment to action not just words.
Individuals make a public commitment, which is measurable and to which they will be held accountable, to create a positive change.
