Trailblazer has 4 medals for organisations who are committed to taking long-term action on race inequality. Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. An organisation can either apply for either Bronze or Silver depending on where they feel they are on their journey. They then have the opportunity to progress to Gold and Platinum. Bronze status can be achieved through the implementation of a REM solution/s and/or other impactful action organisations have taken to tackle race inequality.

Bronze Trailblazer Application

Our Bronze Application covers all of the work your organisation has done so far, which if achieved lasts for 12 months, after which you can to continue to the Silver Trailblazer.

 

Silver Trailblazer Application

A SILVER Trailblazer is an organisation, at the next stage of its journey, that has taken all of their  learnings and used them to increase the scale of their impact tackling Race inequality. If you believe your organisation could meet the criteria and achieve Silver we have now opened the application so that organisations can apply for either Bronze or Silver depending on where they feel they are on their journey.

5 Day Challenge Trailblazer Application

We have now introduced the 5 Day Challenge Trailblazer, this is for organisations that have shared and participated in the 5 Day Challenge, which is a reflective solution that provides individuals with the opportunity to learn and reflect about race inequality in bite-size ways.

MyNameIs REM

#MyNameIs

#MyNameIs, is a simple but highly impactful solution to ensure everyone pronounces people’s names correctly. The Solution calls to normalise phonetic spelling in email signatures, meetings, name badges and more across the whole organisation.

Safe Space Plus

Safe Space Plus (formerly Safe Space) provides a protected environment to enable brave conversations, which may otherwise be avoided as they are too uncomfortable, with a focus on action to achieve, meaningful outcomes.

Tea Break

The Tea Break provides the framework and opportunity for an organisation to hear the honest voice and feelings of its colleagues about race inequality. Employees are invited to a one-hour themed, online discussion about an issue that matters.
