We work in collaboration with champions and experts (our growing community of 10,000+ changemakers includes race network leaders and future leaders, allies, HR and EDI professionals, exec/senior leaders, and employees from ethnically diverse backgrounds).
Our work addresses the workplace issues that ethnically diverse employees face in the UK; our goal is to ensure real change finally happens.

To keep our work going we need funds.
Donations help us drive meaningful change with impact and build a sustainable future.
“On behalf of the International Rescue Committee UK, we’re delighted to support Race Equality Week and Race Equality Matters.
