The Problem
We constantly hear organisations saying they are not getting enough access or applications from a diverse pool of candidates especially those from an ethnically diverse background.
There are a whole host of reasons why this is the case, including the fact that organisations are typically looking in the same (wrong) places but expecting different results.
The Solution
The REM Jobs Board helps to increase the chance for a diversity of talent to be a part of organisations that care about equality.
Our ambition is to provide the go-to place for organisations looking to attract, identify, develop, and retain trusted talent from different communities. Talent that is inclusive, authentic, and, most of all, highly effective.
We also want to make it easier for talent from these communities to find the organisations and career opportunities that are there for them.
