There are a whole host of reasons why this is the case, including the fact that organisations are typically looking in the same (wrong) places but expecting different results.

The Solution

The REM Jobs Board helps to increase the chance for a diversity of talent to be a part of organisations that care about equality.

Our ambition is to provide the go-to place for organisations looking to attract, identify, develop, and retain trusted talent from different communities. Talent that is inclusive, authentic, and, most of all, highly effective.

We also want to make it easier for talent from these communities to find the organisations and career opportunities that are there for them.

We have created the REM Jobs Board platform to help make this a possibility. You can:

Access a hidden, untapped, and ignored pool of talent.
Make the opportunities you are recruiting for visible to diverse talent.
Recruit talent that reflects the communities you operate in

3 key steps:

1.Register as an Employer:

Go to> Employer Registration, complete the details.
Select> Edit Profile from the Employer Dashboard (right-hand side of the screen) and complete the fields.

2. Buy job credits or request an invoice

Select> Pricing/Buy Credits and select a credit package.
Pay> By Credit Card (or request an invoice – right-hand menu).

3. Post a job.

Select> Post a Job, complete all fields, and select Next.
Review> Job details.
Important – Select> Publish Listing to save and activate the job post.

There Are 4 Packages You Can Benefit From:

1: Single job post – £500 + Vat

2: 3 for the price of 2 job posts – £1,000 + Vat

3: 30 job posts – £2,500 + Vat

4: 100 job posts – £5,000 + Vat

All proceeds will directly support the work of the not-for profit, Race Equality Matters.
