Director of Resident Services & Charity Development
Morden College is an almshouse charity in South London that provides independent living accommodation, a small 28-bed care home, and a range of care and community services. Morden College has around 250 residents.
In this new role Morden College are looking for someone who’s strong on service delivery and comfortable with innovation to lead and develop the Resident Services, Care and Health, and Impact and Development teams to deliver tangible outcomes that align to their charitable objectives.
This is an exciting time at Morden College: they’re re-developing their values, planning their strategy, and reviewing their property and service offerings.
The Director of Resident Services and Charity Development will lead on:
- Consulting residents to ensure that Morden College understands the needs and wants within a community of people with an average age of 82.
- Developing their admissions policy their approach to understanding the financial circumstances of our residents their ambition to have a more diverse range of beneficiaries growing their grant-making.
