The Data & Marketing Association has formed a new partnership with Race Equality Matters.
The DMA have a long history of diversity and inclusion work and saw the benefit of working with community interest group Race Equality Matters to further their impact both internally and externally. Rachel Aldighieri; The Managing Director of DMA says
“Diversity and inclusion are key tenets of intelligent marketing that puts people first. In order for our industry to better serve the customer, it is vital that the workforce is truly representative of them – something that’s front and central to the DMA ethos”.
As a Founding Partner of Race Equality Matters this alliance will help push DMA initiatives forward and empower their members to meet the challenges of building a better industry.
