Company Information

Mental Health First Aid England® is a social enterprise with a vision to improve the mental health of the nation. We are the market-leading provider of quality, evidence-based mental health training and the national authority on mental health first aid. Our training, consultancy, and campaigning is paving the way for positive mental health in the workplace.

We have over 15 years of  experience and have trained  over 20,000 organisations in mental health knowledge, awareness, and skills

Through normalising society’s attitudes and behaviours around mental health, and by developing the skills we need to look after our own and others’ wellbeing, we want to create mentally healthy workplaces for all. Our in-person and online training courses are grounded in research, rigorously tested, and continually developed to keep them at the cutting edge of research and best practice.

Currently, we are undertaking an ambitious Digital Transformation Programme so that we can achieve our digital vision to seamlessly connect and engage Customers, Clients, Members and Staff and support our mission to train one in ten people in mental health knowledge, awareness, and skills.

As a certified Great Place to Work and committed anti-racist organisation, we’re a friendly, inclusive, dynamic, fast-paced organisation and we strive to be an exemplary health and wellbeing employer.
