Our vision is a world where people with a learning disability are valued equally, listened to and included.

We currently employ around 8000 staff to deliver Mencap's vision.  These are in a variety of different roles from Support Workers, to Finance specialists, Retail workers, Campaigners and Fundraisers.  We are always looking out for the best talent to join our teams, to support us to make a real different to lives of people with a learning disability.
