Race Equality Matters Buddy Circles
We have listened to our network about opportunities to collaborate and learn from others.
We are therefore delighted to offer you the opportunity to attend one of our Buddy Circles – informal discussion groups hosted by Race Equality Matters.
They are free, and places are limited.
They are for those that are committed to delivering a Race Equalities Matters solution in their organisation but need extra support, advice and guidance to help.
Delivered on zoom, they last for a maximum of 1-hour, and each group has a capacity of 10 people and two experts.
It works like this:
1. Problem solve – share experiences, barriers, and challenges with the group, who explore solutions collaboratively.
2. Access to an expert – an inspiring buddy who has implemented the solution and also a member of the Race Equality Matters team are on hand to answer questions and share experiences and insight.
3. Collaborate – by working together, we aim to remove barriers that may prevent progress.
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not secure a place, you will be kept on a reserve list and prioritised for the next event.
