What are the Atkins Global's plans for Race Equality Week?
At Atkins Global as part of SNC Lavalin, we are having a panel event with internal and external panellists discussing supporting race equality in the engineering sector. We aim to focus the conversation on why supporting race equality is important for the engineering sector and how we can focus our actions to promote race equality.
What do you hope to achieve as a result?
At Atkins we are committed to ‘Different Makes a Difference’ and are aiming to make ED&I a part of everyday life, we hope that having healthy discussions about Race equality will help us move in the right direction of eradicating race inequality completely.

Historically there has been a lot of words spoken in society and not much action which has led to a little bit of positive change. Ensuring that there is action gives us the strides we need to remove race inequality.
