About Us.
Collaborating with thousands of organisations and reaching millions of employees
Tackling race inequality has shown little and slow progress for decades.
The importance of a new way forward was never more evident than in the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd and during the COVID-19 pandemic, which highlighted significant inequalities.
In 2020, diversity champions Green Park and The Collaboratory co-founded Race Equality Matters. It is a not-for-profit community interest company.
Our purpose is to accelerate meaningful change in the workplace—change that is relevant, addresses the workplace issues that ethnically diverse employees face, and is action-oriented and impact-driven.
We do this by co-creating solutions for the changemakers who drive race equality in organisations and communities in the UK and beyond.
Together, we will drive positive, significant, and impactful change for race equality.

Why Get Involved.
It is good for business; it is good for your employees and it is good for your community.
We have mental health awareness week, we have breast cancer awareness month, we have carers week and black history month, but we don’t have anything for all Races united.
