Description

Are you looking for the next step in your career?

If, like us, you want to make a real difference to people’s lives and enjoy working in a team committed to change, then this opportunity could be just for you!

About the role:

The Adult Transformation Team is looking for two full-time Transformation Managers, both on two-year fixed term contracts. Your work will include developing and leading ambitious projects and programmes, acting as a positive advocate for change with a diverse group of stakeholders, and using experience of health and social care to deliver areas of work, such as system redesign, remodeling of services, preparing for inspection and culture change.

About us:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an establishing Integrated Care System which ensures that health and care are considered as a joint provision across the county.   You will join a small team based at Shire Hall in Gloucester, working as part of an agile working offer (which includes working from home combined with time in the office). If you join us, you can be confident of becoming part of a welcoming, supportive, passionate, innovative, and highly experienced team. The suitable candidate will be well supported within their role and will receive regular supervision.

About you:

You will have proven experience in the leadership and management of projects and programmes, along with a desire to progress these skills further. You will have provided leadership and support in the most challenging of circumstances, achieving high standards of practice and positive and improved outcomes. You will be highly organised, enthusiastic about change, and be able to motivate and influence others. Ideally, you will have substantial experience working with senior managers and/or politicians and you will have experience of working within health or social care or equivalent experience gained in another field.

If you have the skills to manage projects, the experience to work strategically and collaboratively, plus the drive to deliver transformation, we want to hear from you!

Our Offer:

Our people do all they can to make the difference to local communities in Gloucestershire. And that’s exactly what we aim to do for our people. Here are some of the ways we aim to achieve this:

  • Regular formal and informal support
  • Safe, supportive and positive working environment with regular, robust supervision
