Senior Relationship Manager (Community Team)

£38,409 per annum Home Based 35hrs a week

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who can think strategically to drive a high level of engagement to proactively identify, support, and retain high-value supporters across both community and corporate fundraising opportunities.
  • Someone who can coach and mentor peers by sharing their skills and best practice to encourage and empower personal development in others.
  • Someone who can work in a spirited way to manage their time, work within our given processes, systems, and parameters to overcome barriers to achieving a supporter first approach.
  • Someone who can deliver a portfolio against a set budget demonstrating an understanding of how to mitigate risk, maximise return on investment and how their portfolio feeds into the overall team budget.

Key dates:  Applications by 6th February 2023, 1st Interviews held online on 15th February and 16th February 2023 and 2nd Interviews on 27th February 2023 (Face to face in either Cardiff or Birmingham.)
