A CATALYST FOR ONGOING CHANGE
Now there is a need to galvanise and maximise impact through a nationwide collaboration for real change.
Race Equality Week unites employees, focuses senior leaders and encourages them to continue their activity and drive race equality all year long.
With over 3500 organisations signed up in 2022, 2023 it is set to be bigger and better.
We are calling organisations large and small across the UK to take part and this event is designed to help you start planning your activity.

- Learn more about Race Equality Week, the #REW23 theme and how your organisation can get involved.
- Hear what other companies are planning during the week.
- Share your ideas, and plans in a virtual collaboration group.
- Experience two easily implementable activities that you can add to your plans – the 5-Day Challenge, and the Big Promise.
- Hear about REM solutions that you can implement – #MyNameIs, Safe Space and Tea Break.
You will leave with a toolkit of ideas and solutions to help you build your plans for Race Equality Week.
