In this session Imran and Inein will each share their experience of ‘breaking the mould’ within their respective industries and pursuits. Imran who is Pakistani British (but mostly from Teeside!) and Inein (who is Nigerian Welsh) are leading the way, championing change so that others from racially minoritised backgrounds can see that by ‘stepping out of your lane’ you can help write a new diversity narrative.
